It's crazy to think that this all started with a late night google search before bed., but before I jump into details about the inception of Bayou Trends, let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Kaylan and I founded Bayou Trends in Fall 2018. I'm from a small town called Glenmora, Louisiana. As i found myself changing my major for the fourth time and switching to my third institution, I decided to take some time off. During this time, I started thinking of ways to make money at home. I watched a thousand YouTube videos on how to become an “At Home Millionaire”. I had all of these amazing ideas. I even went out on a whim and got a business license. I ran a vinyl shop on Etsy for a while, but I felt like I needed to do more. After one of my late night google sessions, I decided to start a clothing boutique. I created a Facebook group and started to post all of my items. I went from zero members to over 3,000 in just two months! I was completely shocked at how fast my small business was growing. I realized that if I wanted to grow even more, then I needed to take the next step. So here I am, taking that next step. I've teamed up with some amazing people that have helped me create a beautiful website and capture stunning pictures that truly embody our brand. I am excited to see just how far we can go. When do you receive new products?
At the beginning of every month we will post our new products for the month. If we do not have an item in your size, please email us. We may be able to restock.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns on all of our items. All returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of the item. Please contact regarding all returns and exchanges. All returned items are subject to inspection before refund or exchange is to be processed. Items must return unwashed, undamaged, and retain all original tags.
Note: Our return and exchange policy excludes swimwear (excluding coverups), and all "SALE" items. All sales of the aforementioned items are final, and no returns or exchanges will be allowed for the aforementioned items under any circumstance.
What are the payment options?
We process payments through PayPal. PayPal gives you the option to pay with your PayPal account, if you have one, or with a debit or credit card.
Does everything fit true to size?
Not everything on this site has the same size chart. The items are made from many different manufacturers. Please be sure to read the product description before buying. We will let you know if the item fits true to size, or if you need to size up or down.
How do I contact customer service?
If you have any issues, problems, or questions email us at email@example.com. We do not have a phone number you can call, at this time. We typically reply to emails within an hour.
